Store Pick-up: Free (no min. spend). Available for pick-up in 3 days. For example, order on Monday by 8am, receive by Wednesday 12pm. If order falls on weekends or public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day.

Exchange Policy For Apparel
- We will honour exchanges for size and colour only, within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange, and no refunds are allowed.
How:
- First, please email us at innerstatement@redina.com or message us on the e-commerce platform chat box with a picture of your item. Also, please let us know which size or colour you'd like to change to, and your preferred method for exchange.
Method 1:
- Send us your item via trackable delivery to our office address (17 Bukit Batok Street 22, Singapore 659587) at your cost.
- We will send back your exchanged item via courier service at our cost once we have received your returned parcel.
Method 2:
- You may exchange your item at one of the stated locations above. Please include in your email or message to us which location you’d like to do the exchange. Give us 3 days to get the exchanged item to the location of your choice.
