Office Pick-up (Free)
Kindly remark your self pick up during check out and wait for our confirmation email. Please note that processing time for Office Pick-up orders will be 2-4 working days.

Exchange Policy

For Apparels 
  • We will honour exchanges within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange only, and no refunds are allowed.
  • We accept exchanges for items that are unwashed(apparel) and their tags are unaltered and intact.
  • Please ensure that you send back your item in good condition and with no damage to packaging.
  • To exchange, you will need to send us your item via SingPost (7-10 days) to our office address 17 Bukit Batok Street 22, Singapore 659587. Please also include the invoice slip that came with your package.
  • Shipping fees will not be charged for exchanged if the item(s) we have sent out is wrong sent or defected.
  • We will send back your exchanged item via SingPost too (another 7-10 days; we will not be able to use other courier services) at our cost.
  • Alternatively, you may exchange your item at one of our retail stores. For this, email us at cs@jockey.com.sg with a picture of your item and the invoice slip and let us know which retail store you’d like to do the exchange. Give us 3 days to get the exchanged item to the store of your choice.

For Undergarments

  • We will honour exchanges for size only (no change of style or colour) within 15 days of purchase. One-time exchange only, and no refunds are allowed.
  • Do note that we dispose off all exchanged items that has been sent back to us. This is for hygiene reasons and there are no exceptions.
  • Please ensure that you send back your item in good condition and with no damage to packaging.
  • To exchange, you will need to send us your item via SingPost (7-10 days) to our office address 17 Bukit Batok Street 22, Singapore 659587. Please also include the invoice slip that came with your package.
  • We will send back your exchanged item via SingPost too (7-10 days; we will not be able to use other courier services) at our cost.
